1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PGPrep application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

In no event shall PGPrep, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• any content obtained from the Service
• unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

6. Exam Performance Disclaimer

PGPrep is a study tool and does not guarantee any specific exam results. Your performance in NEET PG, INICET, or any other examination depends solely on your individual study efforts, preparation, and capabilities. PGPrep shall not be held responsible for any exam outcomes, scores, or results. Users are advised to use the Service as a supplementary tool and not as a substitute for comprehensive study and preparation.

7. Modifications to Service

PGPrep reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that PGPrep shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
